Park City Utah's Best Restaurants

Park City, Utah boasts a rich food scene with a variety of restaurants to please even the pickiest diner. For visitors looking for an upscale dining experience, they can savor contemporary American, farm-to-table or Asian-inspired cuisine from one of the city’s many high-end establishments. Those seeking a more casual affair can find excellent pizzerias, local taverns, and other eateries featuring culinary delights sourced from nearby farmers and ranchers for that fresh flavor. Whether you’re on the slopes or attending the Sundance Film Festival, Park City has something for everyone.

As well as traditional restaurants, Park City offers a number of unique dining experiences, including High West Distillery & Saloon, which combines great food with award-winning whiskey and vodka.

While I will be visiting Park City, Utah to attend the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, the city is also known for its epic ski parks, including the Utah Olympic Park, which hosted the 2002 Winter Olympics to the north. I’ve included a diverse list of eateries serving up everything from hearty and flavorful sandwiches to fresh and many-layered avocado toasts. Stay away from tourist traps by dining at these local places.

Cafe Cortona Italian

Cortona is a small, humble Italian restaurant with a hidden gem of a menu. Meals are made from the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, like their mouthwatering Veal Saltimbocca, house-made pasta dishes, and creamy gelato. Their lasagna is famous among locals and has been known to sell out quickly. Be sure to try the rich Boar Bolognese sauce alongside any pasta dish for an added taste of tradition. Don’t forget to leave some room for their signature chocolate raspberry gelato for dessert!
