Chicken Biryani 

This traditional rice dish is a perfect fit for lunch, dinner, or any type of buffet. Because everyone prefers to eat this incredibly yummy rice dish. No one can resist this perfect combination of chicken or meat and other ingredients. Moreover, its strong odor makes it more appealing and appetizing. 

Though it takes time to simmer this delicious dish, the recipe is very easy to follow. 

All you need to cook biryani is rice, chicken, garlic, onion, ginger, cloves, yogurt, tomatoes, a large piece of cinnamon, oil, salt, and green chilies. 

Boil the rice in a large pot. Take oil in a nonstick pan, and fry the chicken. Add Finely sliced onion, chopped garlic, and ginger. And fry till golden brown. Now add the salt and other spices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and yogurt. Allow cooking until a fine appearance is obtained. 

Spray the oil in a large pot and make multiple layers of rice and chicken curry. Garnish with lemon, coriander leaves, and green chilies. Steam for 10 minutes and enjoy delicious, biryani with a mouthwatering aroma. 

Shinwari Chicken Karahi 

This yummy chicken recipe is a perfect delight for spice cravers. This chicken karahi is an essential part of a perfect dining table. The specialty of this dish is its gravy and appealing texture. It takes 30-45 minutes to prepare this dish. Therefore it is a perfect choice to serve the guests something incredibly delicious. 

The main ingredients are chicken, yogurt, black pepper, red chili powder, salt, garlic and ginger paste, tomato puree, and oil. 

Marinate the chicken in yogurt, red chili powder, salt, garlic, and ginger mixture. You can also add soya sauce for a deep salty flavor. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Add oil to a pan and fry ginger and garlic paste till golden brown appearance. Now add tomato puree and simmer for 5 minutes. Now pour the marinated chicken and cook for 30 minutes on medium flame. Garnish with green chili and ginger slices. Serve with bread or white rice. 

Sweet Samosas 

How we can enjoy a post-eid party without a sweet dish. In the pace of traditional sweet dishes, you can serve sweet samosas to satisfy the sweet craving of your loved ones.  These triangular pockets with a sweet filling of fruits or nuts are the best toast for sweet lovers.

You can use any type of fruit syrups, melted chocolate, and a variety of nuts to make the filling. Take samosa dough and make a triangular pocket. Stuffed it with the sweet filling you already prepared. Fry it in hot oil till golden brown. Serve at the end of the meal. 

Chicken Kabab

Homemade chicken kababs are an excellent choice for fast food lovers and Childs. Various dipping sauces including hot sauce, ketchup, coriander sauce, and garlic sauce are served with these snacks to enhance the flavor. 

Ingredients needed are boiled chicken, spices, bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Mash the chicken, and add all the spices. You can also add boiled vegetables. Give any shape to the mixture. Dip it in the egg and coat it with bread crumbs. Now fry on medium flame till golden appearance. Serve with any type of sauce.
